By accessing or using UCPify.net (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them.

2. Description of Service

UCPify.net provides:

  • An Agent Ready Validator that checks whether a webshop is compliant with the Universal Commerce Protocol (UCP).
  • A Live AI Agent Feed displaying aggregated analytics from connected stores.
  • A Marketplace of UCP-compliance plugins for various e-commerce platforms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the validator to scan domains you do not own or have permission to scan.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our services.
  • Use our platform for any illegal purpose.

4. Plugin Purchases

Plugin licenses are sold as one-time purchases unless otherwise stated. Licenses are non-transferable and single-site unless a multi-site license is purchased. We offer a 14-day refund if the plugin cannot be made to work on your platform.

4a. Plugin Waitlist ("Notify Me")

For plugins not yet released, you may register your email via the "Notify Me" form. By doing so, you agree to receive a single notification email when that plugin becomes available. Your email will not be used for marketing or any other purpose. You may withdraw at any time by contacting info@ucpify.net.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and trademarks on UCPify.net are the property of UCPify.net or its licensors. You may not reproduce or resell any part of the Service without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the validator results are 100% accurate or that plugins will work on all configurations. Always test in a staging environment before deploying to production.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UCPify.net shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
